Haupy’s Yukon Bold Moose Rub

Great on Moose or any other creature! This peppery blend is balanced with onions and garlic and will bring back memories of Old Montreal! Use as a meat rub or will liven up most recipes.

Ingredients: mustard, cayenne pepper, dill seed, cumin, rosemary, caraway, crushed chili, coriander, pepper, garlic, onions, red peppers, salt (in no particular order).
