Damien sells only three handcrafted hot sauces, because three is a number with mystical properties that we are quite sure adds to the mystique of our sauces. They are made from only natural ingredients. No sugar added, and only the barest minimum of salt for the roasting of vegetables in the Romeo Papa. One day we may have four sauces, then all this shall change.
