Haupy’s Original Beaver Rub

A voyageur's staple when exploring Canada or the rest of the world! This mildly spicy blend is great on Beaver or any other critter. Use as a meat rub or flavor companion.

Ingredients: cayenne, dill weed, cumin, ginger, coriander, black pepper, turmeric, paprika, garlic, star anise, cinnamon, salt (in no particular order).
